We’re excited to welcome Anders Meyer to the Blue-Unit team as our new field biologist.
With a strong background in biology and research, combined with years of hands-on experience in RAS and salmon production, Anders brings valuable expertise in water chemistry, fish health, and land-based aquaculture systems. Having previously been a Blue-Unit customer, he already has a deep understanding of our technology and the value it delivers to the industry.
On his very first week in the field, Anders reminded us of something important: real ecological work doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. Whether it’s rain-soaked wood, a misty forest, or a dataset full of gaps, the job is to make it work anyway. That calm, focused determination is exactly the mindset we value.
From long days in the field to detailed analytical work, Anders combines scientific rigour with practical resourcefulness. We’re confident his expertise and perspective will strengthen both our team and the service we provide to our customers.
